1. About these terms

This website ("pvamarket", "we", "us") is a marketplace where independent sellers list digital products and buyers purchase them using a prepaid account balance. By creating an account, browsing or purchasing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. One person may hold one buyer account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, and we may require seller accounts to be approved before they can publish listings.

3. Balance and payments

Purchases are paid from a prepaid balance held in your account. The balance is a record of credit for use on this website: it is not a bank deposit, it earns no interest, and it is not electronic money issued by us. Balance is added through the payment methods offered at the time of top-up, and is credited once the payment provider confirms the transaction as settled. Amounts credited are net of the fees charged by the payment provider and of any blockchain network fee.

All prices are shown in United States dollars (USD).

4. Orders and delivery

Listings are published by sellers, who are solely responsible for the accuracy of their descriptions and for the goods they deliver. Two delivery modes exist:

• Automatic — the item is released from the seller's stock immediately after purchase and shown on your order page.
• Manual — the order is queued and the seller delivers it through the order page.

When you place an order the amount is debited from your balance and credited to the seller. Keep your order page private: it contains the delivered content.

5. Refunds and disputes

If an order is not delivered, or what is delivered does not match the listing, open a dispute from the order page. The dispute opens a direct conversation with the seller. If it is not resolved there, our team reviews it and may refund the order in full to your account balance.

Refunds are returned as account balance. Because the products are digital and delivered instantly, orders that were delivered as described are not refundable.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use this website to commit fraud, to launder money, to make payments on behalf of a third party without disclosing it, to resell access to your account, to attack or probe our infrastructure, or for any purpose that is unlawful where you are. You may not list or purchase anything that infringes third-party rights or that you are not entitled to transfer.

You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own country and with the terms of any third-party platform your purchase relates to. Nothing you buy here grants you any right, licence or endorsement from any third-party platform.

7. Availability and liability

We provide the marketplace "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not a party to the contract between buyer and seller, except for operating the balance ledger and the dispute process described above.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and the courts of Chapecó, Santa Catarina, Brazil have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
